Brittany - Basketball Camp

Brittany has been waiting a VERY long time to be old enough to play basketball. FINALLY, in June, the school offered a PEE WEE basketball camp. She had a great time and learned about attitude, dribbling, passing and shooting! This is the ball, t-shirt and water bottle she got at the camp!

Camping in GRAYLAND, WA

Last week, we spent two nights in GRAYLAND, Washington camping in a YURT (a mongolian tent). It was a LOT of fun. We walked to the ocean several times a day (found shells, crabshells and sand dollars) and came back to our campsite to our YURT with a heater! As you can see, we enjoyed SMORES each night after we cooked our dinner on the propane campstove or the fire. On the second day, while we were playing in the ocean, Brittany saw our friends Michael and Maddison, who were camping at the same campground with their grandparents! We invited them over for smores and they spent an evening by the campfire with us! FUN was had by all!!

When Nana (Chandra's Mom) flew back to TEXAS, Aiyana went with her. While Nana goes to work, Aiyana gets to go to DAY CAMP at SEA WORLD!! What a lucky bum! Pictures to come...

Amanda's Graduation

Aiyana, Brittany and I spent the weekend in Ellensburg with Nana, GG and GPA for Amanda's Graduation. She got her Bachelor's Degree in Education and starts work this fall at Bellevue as the Special Education teacher! GOOD JOB AMANDA! Last Day of School - BMW

On the last day of school, Brittany’s pre-school hosted a HUGE party! They had a jumping castle, cotton candy, sno cones, games, prizes and most of all a TON of fun!

Today Brittany had team and individual pictures taken for U-8 T-Ball. We don't have the pictures yet, but they will be posted SOON (in the meantime I posted a few of her playing and getting her trophy at the end-of-year dinner)! The bat she held for her individual pose said, "GIRLZ RULE" on it. :)
