New Blog

Evidently, there is a limit on how many photos you can upload to the "blogger" for free (how absurd). In that case, please see http://weknowdrama2.blogspot.com for more up to date photos. :) In other words...to be continued...

A few visits to the Dentist!

Brittany went for her regular check up on MONDAY and on TUESDAY she was back in the dentist chair for a few modifications. Turns out she has a small jaw and not quite enough room for her teeth...so they had to make some room for the grown up tooth already coming in behind her baby teeth because her grown up teeth are as big as TWO of her baby teeth (they basically made two of her baby teeth half the size they were for the time being...you can see the space on the bottom). She was SO brave at the dentist office that she got to pick ANYTHING she wanted at WalMart so she has a new video game called DOGZ. :) She laid there, still, as requested and silently protested with alligator tears down her cheeks. It was so hard...but she was AMAZING.

Dad's Birthday

For Dad's birthday we made him a present and Brittany baked him cupcakes. Aiyana played "Happy Birthday" on the piano.

Letter Boxing!

Today we went hiking at Rainbow Falls Park with Tina and Billie in search of FOUR letter boxes! We hiked up one trail...until it ended. No letter box. Then another...and another... and FINALLY we found a letterbox! The letterboxes contain a notebook and a stamp and we each brought our own notebook and stamp. When we found the letterbox, we stamped our book with the stamp in the letterbox and then we stamped the notebook in the letterbox with each of our stamps. Tina has a porcupine stamp, Billie has a bumble bee stamp, Chandra has a moon stamp, Aiyana has a cowgirl boot stamp, and Brittany has a cat face stamp! We had lots of fun even though we only found ONE letterbox! Next time...

Scene 3: The gypsy hideout. The soldier goes to the gypsy hideout with Carmen and the other gypsies. He is a bandit now. They are stealing goods. The toreador returns for Carmen, saying Carmen's love never lasts more than six months so she must be done with the soldier. The soldier and the toreador have a swordfight and end in a draw; promising to continue at a later time. The toreador leaves and says, "anyone who loves me will be at my next bullfight." Carmen and the soldier fight about her feelings for the toreador and they are interrupted by the soldier's country girl who has come to tell him his mother is dying. The soldier tries to force Carmen to come with him, but she refuses; professing her love for the toreador. She tells the soldier to kill her or let her pass. There is a struggle and the soldier stabs Carmen and turns himself in to the authorities.
